Mild Steel General Purpose Electrodes: These electrodes are ideal for steel structures, grills, general fabrication, storage tanks, vessels, boilers, pressure pipes, trucks, trailer frames and bodies, shipbuilding, pipelines, bridges, railway wagons and more. The E6013 rod is a rutile type of electrode that is medium coated to ensure low spatter, a smooth arc and easy slag removal. The weld deposit is of radiographic quality, and you can operate it in every position. The E6013 rod comes in various sizes that can be used with their respective current range. For instance, a 3.15X350 mm electrode must be used at 90-130 amps.
Stainless Steel Electrodes: Suitable for welding stainless steel, the Stainless-Steel Electrodes are used widely for fabrication applications, particularly for boilers, reactors, turbines, SS piping in refineries, oil and gas industries, household articles, chemical plants, milk and soap industries, hospital apparatus, food processing industries and so on. The extra low-carbon lime titania composition of the E308L rods ensures a higher resistance to intergranular corrosion, cracking and oxidation or scaling up to 800⁰C, and a uniform and fine ripple bead. It has controlled ferrite content for maximum crack resistance. Similar to other types of electrodes from Tata Agrico, you get low spatter, a smooth arc and easy slag removal, providing a radiographic-quality weld deposit. The E308L is available in various sizes like the other Tata Agrico offerings and each size must be operated at a particular current range exactly like the Mild Steel General Purpose Electrodes. For instance, a 2.50X350 mm rod can only be used at 60-100 amps.
Low Hydrogen Electrodes: This heavy-coated, low hydrogen iron powder-type rod is great for heavy structures, pressure vessels, penstock, blast furnace steelwork, atomic reactor shells, bridges and more. The metal deposit or recovery efficiency is approximately 115%. The weld metal is crack-resistant and ductile. The E7018 rods are also suitable for pipe-welding in 5G and 6G. Like the other varieties, the weld deposit is also of radiographic quality and has a low spatter, smooth arc and easy slag removal. The Low Hydrogen Electrodes also come in various sizes with respective current ranges.

Additionally, our electrodes must not be bent during application.
